Your furniture gets more daily contact than your carpet. Deep clean your sofas, chairs, and sectionals to remove body oils, allergens, pet dander, and stains.

What We Clean

Every Piece of Furniture

From your family's everyday sofa to specialty accent chairs, we have the tools and expertise for every type of upholstered furniture.

Sofas & Couches

Full deep clean for 2-seat, 3-seat, and sleeper sofas. We clean all cushions, arms, back, and base — including under cushions where crumbs and dirt accumulate.

Sectionals

Complete cleaning of every section including the chaise. We address each piece individually to ensure thorough coverage of all fabric surfaces.

Chairs & Recliners

Accent chairs, recliners, office chairs, and armchairs cleaned thoroughly. We work around mechanisms carefully and clean every reachable surface.

Dining Chairs

Upholstered dining chair seats cleaned individually. Great for refreshing after years of food spills, kid messes, and daily wear.

Fabric-Specific Care

The Right Method for Every Fabric

Different fabrics need different cleaning approaches. We never use a one-size-fits-all method.

Microfiber

Hot water extraction with microfiber-safe pre-spray. Restores nap direction and removes embedded body oils.

Cotton & Linen

Gentle low-moisture cleaning to prevent shrinkage. pH-balanced solutions protect natural fibers.

Polyester & Nylon

Full hot water extraction for maximum soil removal. These durable synthetics handle deep cleaning well.

Leather & Faux Leather

Specialized leather cleaner and conditioner. Removes body oils and grime while preserving the finish.

Velvet & Chenille

Low-moisture dry cleaning method preserves pile direction and prevents crushing or watermarks.

Our Process

How We Clean Your Furniture

01

Fabric Assessment

We identify your upholstery fabric type, check care labels, and test for colorfastness. This determines the exact cleaning method we'll use.

02

Pre-Treatment

Spots and high-contact areas (arms, headrest, seat fronts) get targeted treatment to break down body oils, food stains, and embedded soil.

03

Deep Clean

Using the appropriate method for your fabric — hot water extraction, low-moisture, or dry cleaning — we clean every reachable surface thoroughly.

04

Groom & Dry

Fabric fibers are groomed to restore natural direction. Air movers speed drying. Most upholstery dries within 2–4 hours.

FAQ

Upholstery Questions

How much does upholstery cleaning cost?

Chairs start at $49, loveseats at $69, sofas at $89, and sectionals at $149. Specialty fabrics like leather or silk may be priced differently. We provide exact quotes during your free estimate.

How long does upholstery take to dry?

Most upholstery dries in 2–4 hours depending on fabric type and thickness. We use air movers to accelerate drying. We recommend avoiding sitting on the furniture until it's fully dry.

Can you clean my leather sofa?

Yes! We use specialized leather cleaning and conditioning products that safely remove dirt, body oils, and grime while preserving the leather's finish and softness. We do not use water extraction on leather.

Will cleaning remove pet hair from my couch?

Our cleaning process removes most embedded pet hair along with dander, dirt, and odor. For heavy pet hair, we recommend a thorough vacuuming before our arrival so we can focus our time on deep cleaning.
